SVN Solovelanet Global
Our intention is not to create an En-
glish network, and much less an Ita-
lian network in English. We rather aim
at building an international media
network with journalists from seve-
ral countries, where different sailing
cultures can be represented: here is
why we added "global sailing net-
work" to the original name SVN So-
lovelanet. In Italy we are considered
a high quality network, and we will
strive to bring the same quality to this
new tool too.
If you wish to follow us, please
subscribe to our newsletter which is
the main vehicle for disseminating
our periodicals. You will receive our
videos, our articles and our magazi-
ne in English.

et me introduce myself: my
name is Maurizio Anzillotti and
I am the editor in chief of SVN
Solovelanet.
The periodical you are reading
is the first publication of "SVN Solo-
velanet Global sailing network", or
the international version of the Ita-
lian SVN Solovelanet, that I hope will
become a familiar name for you.
The Italian names means "only sail-
boating net". As the name suggests,
we only deal with sailboating. All to-
pics about sailboating are covered:
regattas, boats, accessories, sailing
technique, second-hand market
and charter.
In Italy we have several digital tools:
a digital magazine, a website, a You-
tube channel featuring many videos
produced by ourselves, and some
vertical scrolling articles.
With this First issue of SVN Solovela-
net Global Network, we have star-
ted to create a network in English,
similar to the one we are running in
Italy. This digital magazine will soon
be followed by by the website, whle,
some videos are allready on line.
