SVN - Do you think the double rudder blade makes the boat less controllable? R.B. - No, on the contrary I believe that a well- made double rudder blade makes the boat more controllable. SVN - What about manoeuvrability? R.B. - I have never heard anyone complain about manoeuvrability, in fact with the blades far from the propeller, the boat manoeuvres in reverse, even with a drive shaft.
