36 SVN Solovelanet Global R omain Motteau, sailing champion and part of the Fountaine family who owns the Dufour shipyard and manufacturer of the Fountaine Pajot catamarans, meets the press to unveil how in the upcoming years the French shipyard is going to develop a new generation of boats, designed as usual by the Felci firm. Motteau explains to the reporters, met individually, how Dufour intends to seek the interest of the new generations, of younger owners, who seem to have abandoned the world of sailboats or, at least, to be more in - terested in renting boats than in purchasing them. "In the next two years we are going to launch four new models" says Motteau, but even though the general manager of Dufour is clear about the num- ber of models to be launched, he is a little less so about their size.
