However, this is not so much of a weakness, be- cause the difference is a few centimetres at the far aft.Another, perhaps less tolerable weakness, is that the awning, in order to allow free move- ment on the ramps, is narrower. The bimini top ends laterally on the perpendicular of the coa- ming, which means that in the afternoon or mid- morning hours, when the sun is not high in the sky, its rays can easily slip under the awning. This may make the cockpit become uncomfortable. The problem can be solved by equipping the bi- mini top with side aprons, only in the hours when the sun is low. Bénéteau As we have seen, Bénéteau is very different from its competitor Jeanneau and has a sharp cha- racter, entirely focused on comfort. When it comes to comfort, her only real goal, this boat accepts no compromise.Comfort inside, comfort outside, comfort underway. The innovation of the boat, the redan, has no apparent side effect. In our opi- nion it does not improve the boat's performance, as Beneteau claims, but neither does it affect her negatively. We do not see any serious weakness here.
